We are sad to hear our product did not make the cut! We will make sure your return process is painless and smooth.

- All returns must be processed within 7 days of the delivery date (if you haven't contacted us within 7 days after delivery we won't be able to process your return. No exceptions!).

- There's a restocking fee of 15% of the order value on all returns which will be subtracted from the refund (this restocking fee will be void if you choose to get your refund in store credit).

- Refunds will be made to the original method of payment or in store credit after your return has been inspected and approved.

- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return. We don't issue prepaid labels.

- Please note that Final Sale ítems and gift cards cannot be returned. We're unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place a new order. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any handbag packed in a smaller box than its dimensions, causing deformation or damage on the product will not be granted any refund. To start your return, you must contact us at first.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without emailing us first.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error won't be granted a refund. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery won't be eligible to get a refund and the customer will need to pay additional shipping charges to get the package. Exchanges of merchandise that isn't defective, will require a $15 shipping fee to ship again your new choice out. We only provide free shipping for new orders that aren't place using store credit. 

If you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $350, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We won't be responsible for missing merchandise when an item is returned.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately.

Clearance items (if applicable)

Clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. Purchases made with coupons can be returned and therefore refunded except otherwise stated.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from factory. If you want to return your order, please contact us at
